All you need is leftover meatballs from my Spaghetti and Meatballs recipe, some mozzarella and sub buns for the BEST second day meal ever.

Here’s how I made it!

For a step by step to how I make my meatballs, click here. The only other ingredients you need is mozzarella and some fresh buns.

Slice your buns, add a few meatballs, and top with a couple slices of mozzarella. Put the dish in the oven under the broiler for a few minutes. Be careful! The broiler works FAST.

I top with more sauce on top and in a dish to dip!

Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Meatballs (recipe here)

  • Mozzarella, sliced or shredded

  • Fresh buns

Directions:

  1. Preheat the broiler in your oven.

  2. Slice open your buns and top each with meatballs and cheese.

  3. Broil for a few minutes, watching it carefully to make sure it doesn’t burn.

  4. Top with more sauce and serve with more to dip if desired.
