Garlic Butter Steak Bites
This is hands down one of the easiest, most foolproof (and did I mention kid-friendly) recipes in my collection. Small cubes of strip loin are seared in a pan for a couple minutes on each side and then finished in a delicious and super simple garlic butter sauce. My kids gobble this up!
Creamy Tomato Tagliatelle with Pancetta and Mushrooms
Using pantry staples, this elegant dish will impress all pasta lovers.
Apple Crumble Cake with Cream Cheese Glaze
This cake requires no mixer, and ingredients you likely have on hand now. It’s packed with apples and with a combination of grated and chopped apples, the moisture factor is off the charts. Crunchy crumble gives it amazing texture and the optional glaze is the perfect finishing touch so if you have cream cheese on hand, don’t skip it!
Apple Crumble Yogurt Bowls
High protein yogurt is topped with a sweet apple oat topping that will give you all the pie and crumble vibes for a quick morning go-to!
Crispy Chicken Cutlets (6 ingredients!)
All you need is 6 ingredients and a little technique for the crispiest, juiciest chicken cutlets that are perfect as a main protein, on a sandwich or even salad. Best part is it comes together in less than 30 minutes and is kid-friendly too!

Shrimp is so versatile and takes on the garlic and smokey spices so well in this 15 minute meal!
Crispy Rice Salad with Roasted Sesame Dressing
This bright salad with spicy crispy chilli crunch rice is paired with an amazing sesame dressing that will leave you wanting to lick the plate clean!
Apple Crumble Bread
The sweetness of this apple bread comes from the brown sugar swirl and the buttery crumb on top. The bread itself isn’t too sweet and is packed full of apples. I used Ginger Gold but aside from Red Delicious, most other varieties will work well. Use a couple different ones if you have them on hand. Mixing a variety of apples in dessert is one of my favourite ways to really get that apple flavour to shine.
Easy Pizza Sauce
Don’t buy pizza sauce. Homemade is easy, is cheaper penny on the dollar and the flavor is without a doubt, a million times better.
Cast Iron Pizza
When you don’t have space for a proper pizza oven or don’t have a pizza stone, this cast iron method works like a charm and delivers a PERFECT crust. It’s better than takeout!
