Spicy Smokey Garlic Shrimp
Recipe
Ingredients:
16-20 deveined and cleaned shrimp (tails on!)
2 tsps smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp butter, divided
2 tbsp EVOO
3 tbsp minced garlic (8-10 cloves!)
1/2 tsp chili flakes
1/4 cup rose or white wine
Juice of 1 lemon
Parsley to garnish
Directions:
In a pan big enough to hold all the shrimp in a single layer, over medium-high heat, add your EVOO and 1 tbsp butter.
Season the shrimp with paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper and place in a single layer in the pan. Cook for 1 minute or so and then flip.
Add your garlic and chili flakes and cook for another minute until fragrant.
Add wine and cook just until shrimp is cooked then add the remaining butter and lemon juice.
Taste for seasonings then garnish with parsley and serve.
