(The Best) Roasted Garlic Bread
Here’s how I made it!

Ingredients:
1 Italian or French loaf, halved.
2 heads of garlic
2 tbsp EVOO
Pinch salt
1 stick butter, softened
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1/2 tsp smoked paprika, onion and garlic powder
8 ounces mozzarella, grated
1/4 grated parm-reg
Directions:
Cut the tops off the heads of garlic, add a tbsp of EVOO to each along with a sprinkle of salt and wrap in aluminum foil. Roast at 375 F for 45 mins until super soft. Allow to cool a bit.
Turn your broiler on and make the garlic butter by adding the roasted garlic cloves to your butter and mayo, then mix well with the seasoning.
Spread the butter on both sides of the loaf and broil just until golden. Remove from the oven and turn the heat down to 350 F.
Add your cheeses and put the bread back into the oven until the cheese is completely melted. Top with parsley if desired.
