Garlic Butter Steak Bites
This is hands down one of the easiest, most foolproof (and did I mention kid-friendly) recipes in my collection. Small cubes of strip loin are seared in a pan for a couple minutes on each side and then finished in a delicious and super simple garlic butter sauce. My kids gobble this up!

Chili doesn’t have to be complicated. A handful of seasoning and a little time and you’ve got yourself a big batch of this winter (or anytime) favorite.
