Ultimate Rice Krispies Treats

Recipe
Ingredients:
8 tbsps salted butter
800 g marshmallows - 3 cups set aside
12 cups cereal
1 tsp kosher salt (if using another salt, halve this)
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
Directions:
In a sauce pan, melt the butter oven low heat, then add the marshmallows (leaving 3 cups aside for later.)
When the marshmallows are melted, add in salt a vanilla and stir.
Off the heat, add in the cereal and once incorporated into melted marshmallows, add the 3 cups of extra marshmallows and stir.
Spread the mixture with a buttered spatula into a 9x13 foil-lined, greased pan.
Allow to set for an hour, remove the bars by lifting the foil sides out, and cut into squares.
